Analysts Say Buyers and Sellers Experience Uranium Mismatch

Platts reported spot uranium price is holding near $52 a pound even as buyers and sellers experience mismatch.

As quoted in the market news:

TradeTech on Friday cut its weekly spot price to $52/lb, down 25 cents from its January 27 price. The company said the majority of buyers are seeking uranium in the form of U3O8 for delivery in Europe, while most available supply is in the form of UF6 in North America. TradeTech’s daily price February 6 was $52/lb.
