Alpha Minerals Closes Private Placement for Gross Proceeds of $4,000,000

 Alpha Minerals Inc. (TSXV:AMW) announced the completion of a non-brokered private placement. The placement issued 2,666,667 units at a price of $1.50.

As quoted in the press release:

The gross proceeds from the sale of the Units shall be used to fund the Company’s share of further exploration work on the Patterson Lake South Property (“PLS”) in the Athabasca Region of Saskatchewan, and for general working capital.
