Alpha Exploration Inc. (TSXV:AEX) announced today that, after a thorough review of all relevant information concerning the matters described in its news release from June 2, 2014, in addition to attempts to settle this dispute, Alpha has commenced legal proceedings against NexGen Energy Ltd. and NexGen’s former Vice-President of Exploration, Garrett Ainsworth.
