Aldrin Resource Corp. (TSXV:ALN) has closed its non-brokered private placement previously announced on December 23rd, 2013.
As quoted in the press release:
The Company has raised $926,429.36 through the issuance of 9,751,888 flow through units at a price of $0.095 per unit with each unit being comprised of one flow through common share and a half warrant with each whole warrant being exercisable into one common share at $0.16 for a period of 18 months. All securities are subject to a four month hold expiring April 31st, 2014.
