United States Oil and Gas Corp Reports Financial Results for Quarter

United States Oil and Gas Corp (OTCQB:USOG) has filed its financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2011.

As quoted in the press release:

The Company reported third quarter revenue of $1.7 million, a 1% increase compared to $1.7 million in restated sales for the third quarter of 2010. Net loss for the quarter was $427,000 compared to a $75,000 loss during the same period in 2010.
