U.S. Oil And Gas Sector Generates 9% New Jobs in 2011

Bloomberg reported that U.S. oil and gas sector is responsible for generating almost 9% of all new jobs in 2011.

As quoted in the market news:

The report said the oil and gas industry contributed 37,000 direct jobs in 2011, which led to the creation of an additional 111,000 indirect jobs during the same period.
