    Reuters reported that US natural gas futures dropped 4.3 cents to $2.877 per million British thermal units.

    As quoted in the market news:

    Front-month gas futures on the New York Mercantile Exchange ended down 4.3 cents, or 1.5 percent, at $2.877 per million British thermal units after trading between $2.84 and $2.955. The near contract has lost 10.5 percent in the last four sessions, its biggest four-day drop in more than two months.
