Petro Viking Energy Inc. (TSXV:VIK) has signed Letter of Intent with Grisham Assets in order to acquire its outstanding shares.
As quoted in the press release:
Grisham is a private company incorporated under the laws of the British Virgin Islands whose principal asset is an agreement to acquire an 80% interest in blocks 1810, 1710, and 2913B offshore the coast of Namibia, Africa and covering an area of more than 20,000km2.
