NWest Energy Corp. (TSXV:NWN) announces that the TSX Venture Exchange has provided its final acceptance to the previously announced name change and share consolidation of the Corporation.
The press release is quoted as saying:
NWest Energy Corp. will commence trading on the TSXV and the former common shares of NWest Energy Inc. will be delisted. The Corporation is retaining its current trading symbol “NWN”. To give effect to the name change and share consolidation, the Corporation encourages its shareholders to submit a letter of transmittal to the Corporation’s transfer agent, Computershare Investor Services Inc., if they have not already done so. The letters of transmittal were mailed to all shareholders with the management proxy materials on September 23, 2010.
