Natural Gas Futures Hit 2012 High

The Wall Street Journal reported that natural gas futures jumped 2.6 percent to reach a 2012 high on forecasts that much of the US Midwest will soon see cooler temperatures.

As quoted in the market news:

Natural gas for November delivery settled 8.2 cents higher at $3.297 a million British thermal units on the New York Mercantile Exchange, the highest settlement price since December.
