Infographic: Moving Oil by Water

Back in July, the Canadian Chamber of Commerce published an infographic that looks at the opportunities and challenges presented by moving oil by water. It presents five key facts, namely:

1. We can’t ignore the benefits for Canada.
2. Exxon Valdez was a quarter century ago. Times have changed.
3. Oil tankers have been in B.C. waters for more than 50 years.
4. B.C. is unique (but not when it comes to the challenges of marine navigation).
5. B.C. and Canada deserve the world’s best oil spill prevention and response system.
