Husky Energy Inc. (TSX:HSE) announced net earnings in the first quarter of 2010 of $345 million or $0.41 per share (diluted), compared to $328 million or $0.39 per share (diluted) in the same period of 2009.

The press release is quoted as saying:
The Company’s net debt, including the current portion and bank operating loans at March 31, 2010 was $3.34 billion compared with $2.84 billion at December 31, 2009. At March 31, 2010, debt to cash flow and debt to capital employed ratios were 1.4 times and 21 percent respectively.
