Enbridge Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE:EEP) invested another US$145 million to upgrade the capability the North Dakota crude oil system.
As quoted in the press release:
The project will expand capacity into the Berthold terminal by 80,000 barrels per day (bpd) and will include a rail car loading facility at the terminal to accommodate the additional volume.
