53 Senators Want Quick Approval for Keystone XL Pipeline

Oil and Gas InvestingUSA Today reported that more than half the members of the Senate signed a letter addressed to President Obama for the quick approval of the highly anticipated 1,700-mile Keystone XL oil pipeline.
USA Today reported that more than half the members of the Senate signed a letter addressed to President Obama for the quick approval of the highly anticipated 1,700-mile Keystone XL oil pipeline.
As quoted in the market news:
We urge you to choose jobs, economic development and American energy security,” the letter said, adding that the pipeline “has gone through the most exhaustive environmental scrutiny of any pipeline” in U.S. history. The $7 billion project would carry oil from Canada to refineries along the Texas Gulf Coast.
