EMC Metals Corp. (TSX:EMC) completed a private placement of of $C213,331.50, consisting of 8,533,260 common shares at C$0.025 per share.

As quoted in the press release:

All securities issued under the private placement are subject to a Canadian hold period expiring four months after the closing date.
