EMC Metals Corp. (TSX:EMC) announced a non-brokered private placement of up to $3 Million, consisting of up to 35,300,000 shares at a price of C$0.085 per common share.
As quoted in the press release:
The proceeds from the financing will be used for general working capital purposes on company projects, including and as a priority, the settlement payments required to secure ownership of the Nyngan Scandium Project in Australia.
