Wolf Minerals Reports 2014 AGM Results

Wolf Minerals (ASX:WLF) announced results from its Annual General Meeting of shareholders. All resolutions put to the meeting were passed, including the re-election of John Hopkins and Christopher Corbett as directors as well as the election of Nicholas Clarke as a director.

Wolf Minerals is a dual listed (ASX: WLF, AIM: WLFE) specialty metals company. With global demand for tungsten rising and future global production expected to be constrained, Wolf Minerals is developing the third largest global tungsten resource at its Hemerdon project, located in the South West of England.
