As quoted in the press release:
Further to the Company’s news release dated June 7, 2013 which announced the terms of settlement with its former CEO and President, the Company reports that it has issued an aggregate of 1,000,000 common shares in the Company as described in the referenced news release and that the liability in respect of the shares is fully extinguished.
