Happy Creek Minerals Ltd. (TSXV:HPY) welcomed Michael Lerner to the Company’s Board of Directors.
As quoted in the press release:
Mr. Lerner has worked in institutional equity for the past fifteen years in various roles, primarily covering U.S. mutual funds and hedge funds investing in Canada. Mr. Lerner has worked for bank-owned investment dealers and small boutiques during his career both as an equity salesperson-trader as well as an investment banker. He continues to work for a boutique investment dealer in Toronto and holds a B.A. from the University of Regina.
