EMC Metals Corp. (TSX:EMC) reported subscriptions were received for a private placement of 11,679,625 common shares of the Company.
As quoted in the press release:
The shares were offered at a price of $0.06 per share for gross proceeds of $700,750. The proceeds from the financing will be used for general working capital and re-start work on the Springer Tungsten mine in Imlay, Nevada.
