Adex Announces Private Placement and Project Funding Agreement

Adex Mining Inc. (TSXV:ADE) announced that it has signed a subscription agreement with Great Harvest Canadian Investment Company Limited to fund the development of Adex’s wholly-owned Mount Pleasant Mine Property, located in southwestern New Brunswick, Canada.
