Tantalum Producer Delists From Toronto Stock Exchange

Noventa Limited (LSE:NVTA,TSX:NTA) announced on Thursday it will voluntarily apply to delist from the Toronto Stock Exchange.

As quoted in the press release:

It is expected that the ordinary shares will be delisted from the TSX at the close of trading on or about Thursday, 8 March 2012.

Noventa’s ordinary shares are currently listed for trading on the TSX, AIM and PLUS.  Following the delisting from the TSX, the Company’s ordinary shares will continue to trade on AIM and PLUS.
