Noventa Names Bechis Interim Chairperson

Mining Weekly reported Noventa (LON:NVTA,TSX:NTA) said Luca Bechis will temporarily replace Chairperson Eric Kohn at the end of the week.

The market news is quoted as saying,

Bechis is a founding partner of London-based Richmond Capital, which is the investment advisor to Noventa’s biggest shareholder, Richmond Partners Master Fund.

Noventa said it is actively looking to find a permanent replacement Kohn.
