Noventa Limited Announces Approval of TSX Listing
Noventa Limited (TSE:NTA), the Mozambican miner and producer of tantalum concentrate, announced that it has received approval to list its ordinary shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange (“TSX”).
Noventa Limited (TSX:NTA), a Mozambican miner and producer of tantalum concentrate, announced that it has received approval to list its ordinary shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange (“TSX”).
The press release is quoted as saying:
The ordinary shares are scheduled to commence trading on the TSX at opening of the TSX on Thursday 23 December 2010 under the symbol “NTA”.
Eric Kohn, Chairman of Noventa, stated that:
“This listing is a fulfillment of a commitment to our shareholders and will help Noventa by listing in a jurisdiction where mining is a major activity and where rare metals and rare earths are recognised for their value.”
