Search Minerals Inc.(TSXV:SMY) announced the closing of the second and final tranche of a non-brokered private placement. The private placement closed with gross proceeds of $106,400.
As quoted in the press release:
The Company closed the private placement on the same terms as it originally announced on May 29, 2012, other than the term and exercise price of the warrants. The Company extended the term of the warrants from 12 months to 24 months and reduced the exercise price of the warrants from $0.30 to $0.20.
