Search Minerals Inc.(TSX VENTURE:SMY) reported that yesterday it closed a non-brokered private placement of 2,000,000 non flow-through units of the Company at a price of $0.50 per Non FT Unit and 420,000 flow-through units of the Company at a price of $0.60 per FT Unit to raise total proceeds of $1,252,000.
