Rare Terra Completes Qualifying Transaction and Financing

Rara Terra Minerals Corp. (TSXV:RTX) announced the completion of a qualifying transaction and financing agreement.

The press release is quoted as saying:

In connection with this transaction, finder’s fees will be paid to arm’s length parties over the three-year term of the option, consisting of cash payments totaling $6,000 and the issuance of a total of 30,000 common shares of the Company.
