Quantum Rare Earth (CVE:QRE,OTC:QREDF,FRA:BR3) announced it has appointed David C. Beling to its Board of Directors and added two additional advisory board members.

David C. Beling, P.E., has a unique combination of project and corporate expertise, with over 47 years of experience in the global precious metal, base metal and energy mineral sectors.
Peter Dickie, President and CEO, says:
“The addition of these three individuals to the corporate team will greatly enhance our ability to develop our flagship project, the Elk Creek Niobium and Rare Earth project located in southeast Nebraska.”
