Namibia Rare Earths Closes Initial Public Offering

Namibia Rare Earths announced it has closed its IPO and is now listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

The press release is quoted as saying:

Namibia Rare Earths has granted the Agents an over-allotment option to purchase, within the next 30 days, an additional 4,687,500 common shares at a price of $0.80 per share to cover the Agents’ over allocation and for market stabilization.
