(TSXV:MDL, OTCQX:MLLOF) , today announced that it has closed the second and final tranche of its non-brokered private placement (the “Offering”), initially announced July 6, 2016, for gross proceeds of $49,040. Total gross proceeds of the financing have now totalled $300,000 and the financing is now complete.
