As quoted in the press release:
The warrants were issued as part of the Company’s July 2010 financing, entitling the holders to purchase one common share of Medallion stock at a price of $.25, and expired July 12, 2013. Of the total available warrants from the July 2010 financing, over 99% have been exercised by their holders.
