Japan May Rare Earth Imports from China Down 3 Pct M/M

Reuters reported that Japan imported 3% lower rare earth volumes from China in May than it did in April.

The market news is quoted as saying:

Japanese imports of rare earths from China stood at 1,592 tonnes in May, finance ministry data showed on Wednesday, down from 1,646 tonnes in April.
