India, Japan to Formalize Kazakhstan Rare Earth Collaboration

As quoted in the market report:
Japan was increasing its presence in several countries, including India, to source rare earths, critical for high-tech industries, as a hedge against sourcing from China. This opens up opportunities for joint ventures between Indian and Japanese companies outside India,” an official associated with India’s Department of Science and Technology in an advisory capacity said.
