IBC Advanced Alloys Corp. (TSXV:IB,OTCQX:IAALF) closed the second trache of its brokered private placement for gross proceeds of $69,228. The Company issued 576,900 units at a price of $0.12 per unit, and has issued 16,666,664 common shares in connection with this private placement. IBC Advanced Alloys has raised aggregate gross proceeds of $2,000,000.
As quoted in the press release:
Each unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant with each warrant having an exercise price of $0.18 until May 13, 2015.
