Rare-earth, iron-ore miners: China has designated 11 rare- earth exploration and mining blocks in Ganzhou, Jiangxi province and iron-ore blocks in Sichuan province to improve resource-use efficiency and protect the environment, Xinhua News Agency said, citing the Ministry of Land and Resources.
