Big Red Diamond Corporation Closing of a $470,500 Private Placement – Addendum

Big Red Diamond Corporation (TSX VENTURE:DIA) would like to add a paragraph which was inadvertently omitted from yesterday’s press release announcing the closing of a non-brokered private placement of 941units for a total amount of $470,500.

The press release is quoted as saying:
