Nevada Clean Magnesium, ScanMag Delay Joint Venture

Nevada Clean Magnesium Inc. (TSXV:NVM) announced that the closing of a transaction that will see it create a joint venture company with Norway’s ScanMag AS has been delayed.

As quoted in the press release:

Certain aspects of the transaction are still being clarified. The parties are in discussions and the Company hopes a conclusion will be reached soon. The Company will announce any updated material developments.
