Triton Minerals Ltd. (ASX:TON) announced that visual logging from holes completed during its current reverse-circulation and diamond drilling program confirm “further substantial graphite and vanadium” at the Mozambique-based Nicanda Hill prospect.

Other highlights include:

  • Interpretation of geophysics and mapping expands the mineralisation target footprint to 6.2kms long and 1.1kms wide (5.2km²)
  • Target footprint substantially exceeds Triton’s original exploration targets
  • Continuous graphite and vanadium mineralisation confirmed over 4.8kms strike length between drill sections N14 and S10
  • Substantial visable flake graphite identified in all drill holes along entire strike length
  • Rapidly advancing towards a JORC 2012 Inferred Resource
  • Transitioning into feasibility and development stages
