Sino Vanadium Inc. (TSX VENTURE:SVX), a late-stage vanadium play focused on the production of vanadium-pentoxide (V205), announced the filing of the Company’s preliminary short-form prospectus, dated 26 July 2010, with the securities commissions in each of Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia in connection with a proposed offering of up to $20 million of units, each consisting of one common share and one-half warrant, at a price to be determined.

In addition, the company has granted an option to the agent exercisable, in whole or in part, at any time up to 48 hours prior to the time scheduled for the closing of the offering, to increase the size of the offering, on the same terms, for an additional $4 million of units.
