As quoted in the press release:
Each unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share of the Company. 1,385,715 of the warrants are exercisable at $0.14 Cdn. and 500,000 are exercisable at $0.15 Cdn. if exercised within a period of 48 months.
