Globe Enters Mozambican JV

Mining Weekly reported that Globe Metals & Mining (NASDAQ:GSM) has signed a joint venture agreement for a Mozambique titanium-vanadium-iron project.

As quoted in the market news:

The JV agreement with Mihandzu Minerais SA would allow Globe to earn up to an 80% interest in the Memba licence over five years, through a staged expenditure on exploration programmes.
