Forge Secures Joint Venture Partner for Magnetite-Vanadium-Titanium Project

Mining Weekly reported that Forge Resources Ltd. (ASX:FRG) has secured Todd Capital as a joint venture partner for its Western Australian Balla Balla magnetite-vanadium-titanium project.

As quoted in the market news:

Todd Capital has agreed to provide A$45.5-million in capital towards the purchase of the Balla Balla project from fellow listed Atlas Iron. The funds would be provided by way of a combination of a share subscription agreement, a debt facility and the acquisition of a stake in the Balla Balla project.
