Atlas to Sell Balla Balla Project

Atlas Iron Ltd. (ASX:AGO) announced that Forge Resources (ASX:FRG) will buy Atlas’s Balla Balla magnetite-vanadium project.

As quoted in the press release:

Forge will pay A$17.5 million to Atlas by the end of February 2012, subject to any required Forge shareholder approvals and a successful capital raising of at least A$15 million by Forge
