    ArcelorMittal and Evraz Highveld Face Penalization for Price Fixing

    Reuters Africa reported that the competition regulator in South Africa wants ArcelorMittal South Africa (OTC Pink:ARCXF) and Evraz Highveld Steel and Vanadium Ltd. (OTC Pink:HGVLY) to be fined for price fixing.

    Reuters Africa reported that the competition regulator in South Africa wants ArcelorMittal South Africa (OTC Pink:ARCXF) and Evraz Highveld Steel and Vanadium Ltd. (OTC Pink:HGVLY) to be fined for price fixing.

    As quoted in the market news:

    The Competition Commission said in a statement it had asked for a fine of 10 percent of annual turnover for each company.
