American Vanadium (TSXV:AVC) says it is reducing the price of its previously announced private placement from $0.30 a unit to $0.25 a unit. Warrant prices have also been reduced from $0.50 to $0.40.
American Vanadium (TSXV:AVC) says it is reducing the price of its previously announced private placement from $0.30 a unit to $0.25 a unit. Warrant prices have also been reduced from $0.50 to $0.40.
According to the press release:
Each unit consists one common share and one half of a share purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a “Warrant”). The exercise price of each Warrant has also been reduced from $0.50 each to $0.40 each with the term to remain at two years from closing.
It is anticipated that the Private Placement will close on or before December 31, 2014. Closing of the Private Placement is subject to the receipt of all applicable regulatory approvals.
