Allmine Group to acquire 100pct stake of Arccon Pty Limited

Steel Guru reported that Allmine Group Ltd. (ASX:AZG) has entered into an agreement to acquire Arccon Pty Ltd.

The market news is quoted as saying:

Currently, Arccon and one of its Chinese EPC partners are working with two Australian listed resource companies to bring on stream a vanadium and a copper mine.
