Zambian Village Chief Upset with Manganese Miners

The Post Online reported that Chief Chimese feels rules should be imposed on manganese miners in Luapula to ensure locals are fairly treated.

As quoted in the market news:

Chief Chimese said it was unacceptable for the people working for small and large scale investors in the manganese mines to be paid meager salaries when the investors were making huge sums of money.
