The Offering will be conducted through Pope & Company Limited (the “Agent”) to raise gross proceeds of $882,522 through the sale of 2,757,880 Units.
Each Unit will consist of one common share in the capital of the Company (a “Common Share”) and one transferable common share purchase warrant (a “Warrant”). Each Warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one Common share at a price per Common Share of $0.48 for a period of 24 months following the date of closing of the Offering.
