Standard Graphite Corp.(TSXV:SGH) announced that it will be cancelling its previously announced non-brokered private placement. The placement announced in the Company’s April 5th news release will not be proceeding due to prevailing market conditions.
As quoted in the press release:
The Company is currently well funded subsequent to the recent closing on January 20, 2012 of its non-brokered private placement for 6,000,000 units at a price of $0.25 per unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of CDN $1,500,000.
