Ultra Lithium Plans to Hold a Private Placement

Ultra Lithium Inc. (TSXV:ULI) announced that it will hold a non-brokered private placement of securities units valued at $0.05/unit for a total gross proceeds amounting to $4,500,000.

As quoted in the press release:

The proceeds from the private placement will be used primarily to fund the exploration and development of the Company’s Balkans Project in the Republic of Serbia and for general working capital purposes.
